01 | Consultation
The process begins with an on-site consultation, where we take the time to understand your property, ideas and expectations. We assess the site conditions, explore design opportunities and discuss how you want the space to look, feel and function — while keeping your lifestyle, priorities and budget in mind.
Following the consultation, we’ll outline the recommended design approach and next steps. Where architectural plans, surveys or other project information are required, we can coordinate directly with your architect, builder or relevant consultants to keep the process clear, efficient and straightforward.
02 | Concept design
Your ideas are developed into a clear landscape concept, presented through detailed plans and visual renderings where appropriate. We explore the overall layout, material palette, hardscape elements and planting direction to establish a cohesive design for your outdoor space.
The concept is then reviewed with you, allowing us to refine the details and incorporate your feedback before developing the final landscape design and documentation.
03 | Project Evaluation
We assess the proposed design from both a practical and financial perspective, providing preliminary construction cost guidance and reviewing site feasibility. Where required, we also identify relevant planning, permit and approval requirements to help ensure the design is practical, buildable and ready for the next stage.
04 | Construction
Our approach brings design and construction together as one continuous process. Rather than allowing the design intent to get lost between different teams, our designers and construction team work closely throughout the entire project — from the first concept to the final detail.
This continuity allows us to maintain greater control over quality, craftsmanship and execution. Every material, junction and considered detail is understood in context, ensuring the finished landscape stays true to the original vision — not simply built, but built as it was intended
